God of War 3 In Depth Review

I know this game has been out for quite a while, but I just got it when I picked up my playstation 3 the other week.

God of War 3:

Let me start off by saying... I LOVE THIS GAME! This has to be my all time favorite game, until the fourth one comes out lol. If you do not have this game, you need it. Haha. I don't recommend it for the youngin's though, just cause it's quite violent and there's a ton of topless women in it. 

This game has an awesome storyline! As previously stated, I love Greek Mythology, partly because I am greek and the other part is just cause it's awesome! This game has such a good take on mythology and it's very entertaining. 

Pretty much the only thing that is kinda confusing, in my opinion, is the controls. You have to hold the left bumper and then push either triangle, circle, or x to switch to certain special weapons. There are also so many combat combinations I feel like I don't even know how to do half of them. But quite honestly, you really don't need to know all of it. I normally just grab the creatures and just tear them in half. (Poor creatures lol)

The only thing I really can't stand about this game is that it doesn't automatically save. You have to go to save points to save all your stuff, which gets really annoying because they're like really far a part and if you have to go somewhere and you don't want to lose all your stuff you get stuck playing until you find one. (I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me)

The character Kratos in general is just an awesome character period. He's such a bamf and it makes you get into the game so much more. All the kills in this game are awesome and just everything is awesome. I literally can not say that enough times. My boyfriend and I pretty much fight over the controller every time we play it. :P

The in game cinematics are pretty awesome as well, and they don't take up like half the game. There's just enough to tell the story, but not make it into a movie. The graphics in this game are amazing as well, everything in this game looks so real. I really don't know how else to review this game, I feel like you just need to play it to understand it's awesomeness. So if you haven't played it yet, go out and buy it ASAP! You won't regret it!
