Oh the Wonderful World of Eyeliner

If anyone knows anything about me...they know that I love my eyeliner. I like to do the little winged eyeliner so my eyeliner tends to be pretty heavy a lot of the time..so I need something good.
I have tried numerous eyeliners in my lifetime and have found only a few to live up to my expectations..so I figured I would do a little review on some of my favorites and not so favorites. Just as a side note, I only use black eyeliner so I am unsure if other colors in these products would work differently.
I will start off with the worst eyeliner I have ever used....
Rimmel Waterproof Gel Eyeliner ($5.47 from Walmart)
This was the first ever gel liner I had used and let me tell you..it did not leave a good impression. The only thing that I like about this product is the packaging...brush is part of the top and it makes for a very convenient application, the bottle isn't too big for a makeup bag either. The product takes forever to dry...first time I put it on it immediately transferred onto my eyelid, which I proceeded to think was just because I did not leave it dry long enough. No. The other eye...left it dry for a good couple minutes...all looked good and I was happy. I ventured over to a mirror about ten minutes later to find that the eyeliner had transferred all on to my eyelid. No matter what I did with this eyeliner...it smudged all over the place. I even tried to set it with black eyeshadow. Do not buy this eyeliner. It claims 25 hour wear...more like 25 seconds. I hate it so much that I have never bought anything else from Rimmel ever again.

Milani Eye Tech Liquid Liner Bold Pen ($7.99 at Walgreens)
I loved this eyeliner when I first purchased it. It's fast..doesn't dry out as your using it...it's pretty dark for a pen liquid eyeliner..no complaints...until I went outside. This eyeliner LITERALLY melted off of my face in a matter of seconds. The second time I had put it on I tried to set it with a black eyeshadow..which seemed to help until my eyes started watering. (I have really watery sensitive eyes). If your eyes are as dry as the desert then this would probably work great for you, but being an overly emotional women...this eyeliner does nothing for me except make me look like a racoon.

L'Oreal Paris Infallible Lacquer Liner ($8.47 at Walmart)
This is by far my most favorite eyeliner I have ever used. I have even gone as far as to use it on my waterline. This stuff STAYS like no other eyeliner I have used. It is dark, goes on great, and it literally lasts forever. It took me MONTHS to use one of these things... and that wasn't even finished, the only reason I threw it out was because it was getting so old. I have recommended this to everyone and I had even got my mom using it for awhile. I honestly don't know why I ever stopped using it...speaking of which..I know what I am picking up at the store the next time I go.

Revlon ColorStay Liquid Liner ($5.79 at Target)
This eyeliner is pretty good as well. Not my favorite, but I can definitely live with it. It does tend to rub off easily if I cry or something (which I do a lot lol) but just normal wear throughout the day..it seems to hold up pretty well. It's pretty dark but I do find myself dipping the brush back in the container a couple times per eye to reapply product. I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars just for the pure fact of it smudging a little easier than I would like.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils ($20.00 at Sephora)
Best eyeliner ever for waterlines. If it didn't cost so much, I would have ten of these on me at all times. This holds up all day for my watery eyes and literally will not move off of my eyelids. I love love love this eyeliner. My only complaint is that the stick is not never-ending.

NYX Slide On Eyeliner ($7.99 at Target)
This eyeliner is quite dark...which is always a win in my book. It does however not last very long on my waterline...which makes me give this a thumbs down. I have used this eyeliner in white however and it seemed to last a lot longer on my waterline. So I guess it could just be that my eyes are weird because I hear a lot of good things about these eyeliners.

I hope this helped anyone looking for a new eyeliner. :) If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment.
Have a wonderful night!
Thank you for reading :)
